When purchasing a training course from Aparsoft Solutions, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and this Refund Policy.
Refund Policy
For Self-Paced Learning:
- You can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the course.
- The refund policy does not apply if more than 25% of the course content has been accessed, or if the E-Book has been downloaded.
- Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.
For Instructor-Led Training:
- Refund requests can be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are void if over 25% of the content has been accessed, if more than one online class has been attended, or if the E-Book has been downloaded.
- Refund requests beyond 7 days of purchase are not accepted.
For Postgraduate Programs:
- You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days. The booking fee for securing a seat is non-refundable.
- Cancellation & Refunds for Specific Programs (CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO):
- Aparsoft Solutions may reschedule or cancel an event due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
- If Aparsoft Solutions cancels the event within 10 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided (excluding any travel or personal expenses).
- If a cancellation occurs beyond 10 days from purchase, participants can be rescheduled to a future batch.
- If you cancel 10 business days before the event, 10% of the fee is deducted and the rest refunded.
- Cancellations made within 10 business days of the event are non-refundable.
- No refunds are given if both days of a course are missed.
How to Request a Refund:
- Go to “My Orders” and select “Initiate Refund” for the item you wish to refund if the quantity is one.
- For multiple items, please contact our support team via the Help & Support section.
Duplicate Payments:
- If you made a duplicate payment, we will refund it through the original payment method within 10 working days after notification.
